Sunny and airy detached family house is situated on a flat land in a quiet part of the center of the Vysoky Ujezd near Beroun, near the forests, only 15 minutes by car from Prague. Those who prefer classic buildings over satellite towns will appreciate the spacious land and separate double garage and another 2 parking spaces in front of the garage. Families with children will enjoy the tranquil setting of a dead end street and the local kindergarten and elementary school, located just a 1-minute walk away. The house is accessible by paved municipal road.
The house was built in 2009, the house is in very good condition and requires only minor adjustments according to buyers’ preferences (i.e. there is unreconstructed fence). This is a one-storey house with a large attic. The building is made of bricks, porotherm blocks 300 mm thick with contact thermal insulation 200 mm thick (roof structure 300 mm), tiled roof, wooden windows with double glazing were used. The village of Vysoky Ujezd is a popular location for residential housing due to the proximity of the capital city. Golf lovers like to visit the Albatross golf course, which is part of the village, with the renowned restaurant Kogo,. At the moment we can find here a grocery shop, a post office, a pub and a kindergarten and elementary school. However, the development of services can be expected due to the ongoing reconstruction and construction of the new center. Other shops and services can be found in the nearby Rudná (6 km) or in Beroun (12 km). Public transport provides bus service to Zličín, the D5 motorway is about 5 km away.
